I grew up in an educational family, at a time when being a teacher or a nurse were the professional options for women. Since childhood, I’ve been influenced by my parents toward education, and by my live-in grandmother toward the magic of healing arts.

My formal education includes a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Learning, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, and lots of continuing education. My formal bodywork training includes over 2,500 hours: as a graduate of the Carolina School of Massage, then as a Basic Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner, and registered instructor of Ortho-Bionomy. More recent training includes Medical Intuitive practices and certification as a Matrix Energetics Practitioner.

For nearly 25 years I enjoyed a stimulating professional career as a classroom teacher, teacher educator, organization development/change consultant, instructional designer, curriculum developer, training director, and wellness coordinator. Then the positive results of my intuitive healing work with my mom, as she struggled with cancer, led me to therapeutic massage training.

Early in my client practice, I experienced osteopathically-based, gentle body therapy that emphasizes comfort in working with the whole being. Many years of practicing and teaching this bodywork system deepened my skills using "gentle touch with deep results" - with both clients and bodywork students across the US. As my work has grown and expanded to embrace quantum consciousness technologies and medical intuitive applications, my ONE BODY instruction has evolved to incorporate and integrate techniques that afford options for attending and responding to individual clients more effectively.

Now I play at my chosen work in the best of both worlds combining healing and teaching/learning.
I’m living my dream, and loving it!
